The $60K woman is out-building the $100K woman

I've been thinking about something and I couldn't not share it with you.

Sit with this for a second:

The woman who earns $60K and manages it intentionally will out-build the woman who earns $100K and lets it leak. Every single time.

I know. It sounds counterintuitive. We've been conditioned our whole lives to believe the answer is always to earn MORE. Get the raise. Get the promotion. Work harder. Make more.

But here's what nobody tells you: if the system isn't there, more money just means more leaking. It's like filling a bucket with holes in it. Adding more water doesn't fix the bucket.

And so many of us are walking around with leaky buckets and blaming ourselves for not earning enough. When the real issue is that nobody ever sat down with us and helped us build the system.

That's not a you problem. That's a missing ingredient problem.

And that missing ingredient? It's closer than you think.
